Hosting a successful campus event requires precision. ClubConnect provides a robust event pipeline from creation to real-time check-ins.
1. Creating an Event
Navigate to your Club Management > Events and click "Create New Event".
- Visuals: Upload a high-resolution logo and set a primary brand color.
- Logistics: Set accurate start/end dates and provide a detailed description using MDX.
- Transparency: Set the "Registration Open" toggle to allow students to find your event in the Global Explorer.
2. The Ticketing System
Once a student registers, they receive a unique, cryptographic QR Ticket.
- Digital Wallet: Students can access their tickets directly from their Activity Hub.
- Offline Proof: Tickets can be downloaded as PDFs for offline entry.
3. Real-Time QR Scanning
On the day of the event, use any mobile device to scan attendee tickets.
- Institutional Guard: Only authorized Club Executives or Staff can access the "Scan" interface.
- Instant Validation: Our system verifies the authenticity of the ticket against our database in milliseconds.
- Feedback: You'll see an instant "Success" or "Invalid" notification, along with the attendee's profile summary.
Security First
Our QR verification system uses signed tokens to prevent ticket duplication or fabrication.
