ClubConnect is the central operating system for student communities at GITAM University. Whether you're a student looking to join a club or an administrator managing hundreds of members, this guide will help you get started.
1. Navigating the Dashboard
Once you log in, you'll see your Main Dashboard. From here, you can:
- Discover Clubs: Browse the directory of technical, cultural, and social organizations.
- Track Activity: See your recent registrations and membership status in real-time.
- Manage Profile: Update your bio and social handles.
2. Joining a Club
To join a club, simply search for it in the directory and click "Apply". If the club is "Hiring Now", you'll be asked to fill out a short application.
Pro Tip
Keep an eye on the "Status" badge in the club cards. Only clubs with "Hiring Now" are currently accepting new applicants!
3. Your Membership Status
Your applications will go through several stages:
- Pending: The club executives are reviewing your application.
- Approved: You are now an official member!
